Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

E-visago LTD provides assistance services for administrative procedures related to stays and transits in foreign countries. Our website is not an official government immigration website. Our services include assistance with e-Visas, embassy appointment booking for long-term visas, and processing of required application forms. Our prices include taxes and management, archiving, and delivery fees for official documents and email confirmations.

2. Customer Service

Our customer service is available via chat and email from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00. In case of loss of a document or e-Visa, a copy can be immediately sent by email.

3. Selection and Payment

Users may always complete their procedures themselves on official immigration websites. Payment for services is made online by credit or debit card at the time of order validation. Any transmission of banking information constitutes authorization to debit the total amount of the order.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been executed with the user’s explicit consent. By validating the order, the client authorizes the immediate processing of their application and agrees to receive their e-Visa or appointment before the expiration of the legal withdrawal period.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests are subject to the status of the application processing:

• If a refund is requested before the application is processed, the refund will be issued in full.

• If a refund is requested after the application has been processed but before the approval has been sent, the refund will be approved minus a service fee of £40.

• If a refund is requested after the application has been processed and the approval has been sent, the refund request will be rejected.

6. User Declaration

The user declares that all information provided is accurate and complies with the laws of their country. Any false declaration may result in penalties or refusal of entry by the authorities.

7. Online Contract

The contract is concluded once the order is validated and paid. Order-related information is archived for five years and can be consulted upon request through our customer service.

8. Liability

E-visago LTD shall not be held responsible for consequences resulting from non-compliance with local laws by the client or for Internet-related incidents (intrusions, outages, viruses, etc.).

9. Border Control

An e-Visa authorizes travel but does not guarantee entry. Border authorities may refuse entry upon arrival.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is collected for order management and service improvement purposes. It may be shared with partners necessary for processing and is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Users have the right to access, rectify, and object to their data by contacting our customer service.

11. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by United Kingdom law.

12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement or mediation will be sought before any legal action.
